M3 Accounting + Analytics hosted a four-day “Partner Meeting” for clients in August. Held every two years at different locations around the country, last month’s conference was M3’s seventh and was held in Denver.
Around a hundred clients attended and participated in the August 11-14 event, which included:
Introduction of M3’s newest product M3 RightTime – a web-based labor reporting system that allows users to design custom reports to manage overtime and labor hours, and provides a seamless payroll process “from time clock to pay check.”
Introduction of M3’s newest partner CSI Enterprises – a company that enables one-time-use credit card numbers, reduces processing expenses, and offers cash rebates, at no extra cost.
Fourteen guest speakers, such as Jeff Higley with STR, Dr. Cihan Cobanoglu with the USF Sarasota College of Hospitality and Technology Leadership, and Greg Belmore with Trintech.
Breakout sessions covering such areas as finance reporting, budget and forecasting, document imaging, and Q&A sessions on M3’s various products. (Conference agenda available on request).
Introductions of new clients. (Note: M3 is on track for a 15th consecutive year of growth and anticipates 2013 to be a record-setting year for bringing in new clients)
Opportunities for clients to offer ideas and input related to planned and potential product enhancements – a practice that is core to M3’s approach to business.
“Open and proactive communication has always been a key tenet of our business,” said Casi Johnson, Vice President of Operations with M3. “Through this event and other efforts, we’re always looking for ways that M3 and its clients can help each other.”
Attendee Angie Abston, Controller with Texas Western Hospitality, said, “This conference is just one example of how M3 is serious about continually working on relationships, processes, and products. This is a big part of why they’re a leader in the industry, and why their clients are leaders as well.”
M3 hosts the conference as a complimentary added value, covering direct meeting expenses, meals and entertainment.
