M3 Accounting Services, the national leader in hotel-specific accounting software, operations reporting and business analytics, has rebranded as M3 Accounting + Analytics. There are multiple drivers behind this rebranding:
Foremost, M3, which started as a small hotel accounting software company, now helps thousands of hotels across the country with a range of digital, financial and administrative services.
M3 has been best known for their hosted, back-office accounting product, M3 AccKnowledge. Though, another increasingly popular product, M3 Link, is providing customized reporting and analytics where hotel companies/owners/managers have virtually unlimited ways to quickly and easily view all key data (to both make more-informed operational decisions and streamline processes to increase efficiencies).
“The key to our growth is response to industry input. M3 was founded by hoteliers, and we have an active customer advisory board, plus other channels to incorporate customer feedback into product development. By continually communicating with the hotel industry, and investing more than a quarter of revenue into research and development, we’re able to stay ahead of needs, wants, and trends, to establish best practices in our field,” said VP of Sales & Marketing, Scott Watson.
M3 President and COO, Allen Read, adds, “Along with providing highly capable accounting, reporting, and business analytics software, we’re proud of our customer relationships. With a 99% customer retention rate, M3 doesn’t need to require contracts or charge penalty fees.”
M3 Chairman John McKibbon said, “We’re proud that M3 is in more hotels than anybody else in our industry. We think it’s a testament to our products, our people, and our approach to doing business.”
With offices in Gainesville, Ga., and Tampa, Fla., M3 Accounting + Analytics’ leaders have been featured in various media and conferences for their industry-leading innovations.
The new site was developed in partnership with Full Media based in Gainesville, Georgia.
