The addition enables use of M3’s third-party importing format to map into the Accounting Core platform.
RediStay® PMS is a cloud-based system that centralizes groups sales and interfaces with the hotel’s website, call center agents and GDS/OTAs, and completed back-office accounting with centralized accounts receivable.
Through the interface, RediStay® automatically exports trial balance and night audit data, as well as other end-of-day statistics, including revenue by source code and number of rooms sold to the M3 accounting platform. This automated export feeds directly into the hotel’s daily report, balancing the two systems without the need for any manual data keying. Streamlining the process in this manner is beneficial to a variety of hotel operators, from single hotels to multi-property enterprises. In the case of the multi-property hotelier, data can be extracted and analyzed in a timely and more accurate manner, leading to better business decisions.
