The health and safety of the hospitality workforce is the top priority of each of us. These unprecedented times are having substantial consequences on hospitality. Despite the hit to everyone’s organizations, it is more important than ever to know where every penny in your organization is going.

We remain committed to continued contact with M3 personnel and support, access to your financial information and guaranteeing your ability to provide owners and investors daily financial check-ups. To ensure continued access to your critical financial data, M3 has taken all necessary actions to insure continued support and service delivery. We have restructured the organization to deliver excellence in new ways, including remote workplaces. Even though we’ve restructured how we deliver service, much of our cost-of-doing-business is fixed and is not easily adjusted without affecting the quality of service, access to your data and the system performance that you need – especially now. Like you, we are tightening our belts by eliminating all non-essential expenditures. These reductions will allow us to run more leanly without sacrificing the system and support commitments that we have made to you.

Before COVID-19, the hospitality was prosperous and setting record highs in ADR and RevPar. We watched our customers grow and succeed in achieving high goals. We consistently developed technology and provided services to ensure you could manage that success and we will continue to build on that because we know that in due time, our industry will come back stronger and do things in new and innovative ways. We are here for you and will help you through any daily challenge you face. We are only a phone call or email away. We value every customer and remain dedicated to your future success whether you are new to M3 or one of the first 4 customers that joined us 21 years ago.
