I have more than 20 years of hospitality industry experience. I began my career in 1995 when I worked as a front desk associate while attending college at the University of Tennessee. After I graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration, I worked in a variety of roles in the industry, including as a General Manager. I joined M3 as a Director of Training at the end of 2000 and was promoted to Support Manager in 2005. A couple of years later I was elevated to Vice President of Operations then in 2009, I opened M3’s Tampa (Florida) training center. We expanded the service department for new products and training and in 2016 I was named Chief Operations Officer-Innovations Leader. While working full-time at M3, I earned my Master of Business Administration at the University of South Florida and I am also a member of the International Customer Service Association.
