Kristy began her career in hospitality in 2001 at a large resort in northeast Georgia. During her time at the resort, she worked her way through most every position within the accounting department. This provided an extensive knowledge base of accounting principles within the hospitality industry as she grew under the mentorship of an amazing CFO. Kristy is never one to stop growing or learning so when an opportunity presented itself to switch directions and move over to hotel operations, she threw caution to the wind and went for it. Kristy took a position as AGM at a new build Hilton Garden Inn in her hometown of Gainesville, GA. Operations was vastly different and chaotic but presented a new opportunity for learning every single day – which she loved. She quickly realized operations was a great fit for her and so did her new mentors. Kristy was often given special tasks that included readying a new build for opening, assisting in brand QA preparation, bench manager responsibilities and training. Kristy’s versatility was rewarded with a position as Internal Auditor at one of the top management companies in the US. After a year of constant traveling, Kristy decided that home was calling and M3 welcomed her to their family. True to form, Kristy is always the chameleon learning and moving – she started as a Business Analyst for the Accounting Core product, then moved to Software Quality Assurance but has found her niche in Sales. Sales has allowed her to have one foot in hospitality and one foot in her new world of software. A balance that is just perfect for her!
Kristy resides in Gainesville, Georgia with her husband Kreston and their dog, Keso. Kristy has her associates degree in Christian Counseling and enjoys football Saturdays cheering on UGA, GO DAWGS!
