Sales Support Engineer

Mark Koenig

Mark comes to M3 with 15 years of experience working within the software industry – 9 of those as a Software Sales Engineer, creating and delivering online software demonstrations to current and prospective customers.

He also has experience conducting product training seminars for sales teams, delivering technical support in a call-center environment and acting as a company representative at trade shows. Prior to coming to M3, he worked for both Sony and Lexmark as a training specialist and territory sales manager.

For the past twenty-four years Mark has lived in Atlanta, but he grew up in CT, attended the University of CT and graduated with a B.S. in Finance. On the personal side, he enjoys hiking, camping and is a licensed ham radio operator. Mark also enjoys exploring our U.S. National Parks, as well as doing volunteer work for wounded military veterans.
