I have more than 10 years of experience with M3. Before joining M3, I served as a Staff Sargent in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserves as an Infantryman. Following September 11, I was activated to serve another year because we were ramping up deployment forces. Afterwards, I graduated from North Georgia University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. During that time, I also worked as a General Manager with Kenneth Cole. In July 2005, I joined M3 as a Customer Service Representative and became Support Manager by 2008. I was made partner in 2010 and at the same time I made the move to Information Technology as Manager of Quality Assurance. After streamlining M3’s Quality Assurance process in October of 2013, I became Manager of Development. A couple of years later I was promoted to Senior Vice President of Information Technology. Day to day I lead execution of technology strategy for M3’s platforms, partnerships, and external relationships. I’m also a member of the Executive Team which helps to establish governance processes of direction and control to ensure that our objectives are met.
