Product Manager - Integrations

Tim Pinson

I have more than 10 years of experience with M3. Before joining M3, I served as a Staff Sargent in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserves as an Infantryman. Following September 11, I was activated to serve another year because we were ramping up deployment forces. Afterwards, I graduated from North Georgia University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. During that time, I also worked as a General Manager with Kenneth Cole. In July 2005, I joined M3 as a Customer Service Representative and became Support Manager by 2008. I was made partner in 2010 and at the same time I made the move to Information Technology as Manager of Quality Assurance. After streamlining M3’s Quality Assurance process in October of 2013, I became Manager of Development. A couple of years later I was promoted to Senior Vice President of Information Technology. Day to day I led execution of technology strategy for M3’s platforms, partnerships, and external relationships. I’m was also a member of the Executive Team which helps to establish governance processes of direction and control to ensure that our objectives are met. My latest promotion to Product Manager - Integrations has me overseeing third-party integrations, processing and warehousing which will allow us to continue to add value to all M3 products. Our customers depend on us to work with industry performance data to build metrics within the Insight dashboards but also to build integrations that streamline work flow when using solutions other than M3. As Product Manager - Integrations I am responsible for setting the product vision, priorities, and plans to achieve M3’s strategic goals.
