The Top Workplaces program has a 15-year history of surveying more than 20 million employees and recognizing the top organizations across 60 markets for regional Top Workplaces awards.
For six consecutive years, M3 has proudly secured its place among the prestigious AJC Top Workplaces in the region. Remarkably, for the past five years, it has claimed the top spot within this category, a testament to its exceptional workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
This year, Energage has elevated M3’s recognition even further by endorsing it for the esteemed USA Today Top Workplaces. This recognition is not a result of financial investments, pay-to-play advertising, or marketing maneuvers; rather, it is wholly attributed to the genuine feedback provided by M3’s employees through surveys. This acknowledgment underscores the authentic perception of M3 as an outstanding workplace, reflecting the positive experiences and sentiments of those whose ground-level efforts contribute to its success.

Top Workplaces USA celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that have built great cultures. Over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.
