Life at M3
M3 is based in a newer 71,000 sq. ft. facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia, just off I-85 in Gwinnett County. Designed with bright, open workspaces and is complete with amenities, including a state-of-the-art break room featuring billiards, shuffleboard, and video games. Additional amenities include a fitness center, a wellness room, and an outdoor seating area that makes M3 the perfect place to call your second home.
While Lawrenceville, GA is M3’s headquarters, the company has a Tampa branch that houses many of its Training and Implementation associates. This branch of M3 is also in a bright building in Avion Park – just minutes from beaches and downtown Tampa.

Corporate Recruiter, Jeremy Schwartz
Jeremy is the Corporate Recruiter at M3 and has been with the company since 2020. In his role, he is responsible for driving and managing full lifecycle recruiting efforts for M3. Jeremy has strong collaboration skills, which is helpful as he identifies qualified applicants and hires, ensures consistency and fairness in the recruitment process, and maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management.
Prior to M3, Jeremy began his career working as an Agency Recruiter supporting roles in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Supply Chain, and IT Security. He enjoys working with all of the different departments at M3 while meeting new people and seeing them grow as M3 employees.

M3 may ask you to take a technical skills test depending on the job requirements and this could happen at any point in the process
Offer of Employment
Conditional on satisfactory reference check and background/drug test
