Life at M3
M3 is based in a brand new 71,000 sq. ft. facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia just off I-85. Designed with bright, open workspaces and complete with amenities such as comfortable break rooms, a fitness center, and a game room featuring billiards, shuffleboard, and video games – it is the perfect place to call your second home.
While Gwinnett is our headquarters, our Tampa branch office houses many of our Training and Implementation associates. This location is also in a bright, new building in Avion Park – just minutes from beaches and the Tampa downtown.

Your Recruiting Experience

A corporate recruiting team member will reach out to you for a phone interview if you’re one of our best candidates
Phone/Video Technical Interview
We will schedule a second interview if all goes well with the phone interview, where you’ll talk with the hiring manager or their designee for a more in depth conversation
We may ask you to take a technical skills test depending on the job requirements and this could happen at any point in the process
Face to Face Interview
We will invite you to our office for a personal interview with the hiring manager and a panel of team members for a final interview
Offer of Employment
Conditional on satisfactory reference check and background/drug test
