2022 was a year of growth for the hospitality tech company. In June 2022, the company hit 7,000 properties online, and over the course of only six months, its user base grew by over 500 hotels. The unprecedented growth is attributed to new product functionality that streamlines back-offices processes.
Feature functionality was front of mind for M3 in 2022. The company released new and enhanced features within its budget and forecast tool, offering easier reporting, further customization, and collaboration. Geofencing and beacon features were released within the M3 Labor mobile app, allowing users to define boundaries where employees can submit time punches. In addition, the M3 Labor mobile application can now be rendered in Spanish, provide punch collection, and allow employees to submit time-off requests for approval. All these new features are targeted to ease operational processes for hoteliers.
Partnership was also a theme of 2022 for M3. The company announced a strategic partnership with Trintech to help the hospitality industry streamline and automate the financial close process. This partnership offers visibility across all tasks in the close process, control, and automation of reconciliations, shortened close cycle, and more. M3 hosted its Partners’ Meeting in St. Pete, Florida at The Don Cesar. The event allowed M3 to continue to grow relationships with its partners, customers, and employees.
